ICT Review - Working with key staff over one or two days, we help you review your current ICT environment in line with ITIL best-practice and identify key technology, performance and planning issues. We then prepare a detailed report prioritising the issues for action so you can implement them as time, resources and budget permit.

Strategic Plan Development - The ICT Strategic Planning service develops the Review outcomes into a plan for the future that identifies and records the business drivers, performance areas, key activities, resources, desired outcomes, available budget and timing. This plan is developed in accordance with an overall business plan and in consultation with a range of leaders and other stakeholders with responsibility for the direction of ICT within the organisation.

Strategic Plan Implementation - GTcentral work with businesses to deliver the key activities identified by their ICT Strategic Plan and provide qualified technical staff to manage day-to-day ICT support, deliver specific projects and to implement solutions and strategies recommended as a result of the ICT planning process.
